About the Role

At KoderClub Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we don't just implement software; we build the operational backbone for our clients. We are looking for a proactive ERP Functional Consultant to manage day-to-day operations for a key client in Surat.

This is a unique "on-the-ground" role where you will be the bridge between a growing business and their ERP technology. You will troubleshoot issues, train employees, and ensure the system is perfectly aligned with business goals.

Your Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations: Act as the primary administrator for the client’s ERP system (ERPNext), ensuring 100% data integrity and system uptime.

  • Troubleshooting: Be the first point of contact for staff queries. Resolve functional issues and document technical bugs for our development team.

  • User Empowerment: Conduct regular training sessions for various departments (Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, HR) to ensure they are using the ERP efficiently.

  • Process Optimization: Analyze existing business workflows and suggest ERP configurations to automate manual tasks.

  • Documentation: Create simple, client-specific "How-To" guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Liaison: Work closely with KoderClub’s senior developers to roll out custom features and integrations.

Expected Skills & Qualifications

  • ERP Expertise: 2+ years of experience in ERPNext or Odoo. Familiarity with SAP B1 or Microsoft Dynamics is also a plus.

  • Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of core business modules: Accounting (GST, Ledgers), Inventory (Stock Moves, Valuation), Manufacturing, and Buying/Selling workflows.

  • Problem Solver: Ability to analyze a business problem and translate it into a functional ERP solution.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills; you should be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff with patience.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹60,000 per month.
